One Week Diet

Day 1 – Fruits Day
Eat all kind of fruits the whole day, excepting bananas. You can choose kiwi, papays, pineapples, apples, oranges, etc.

Day 2 – Veggie Day

Day 5 – Feast Day

Day 6 – Red Meat and Veggies
